The story
It starts with a rum.
Our story started with 11 Parishes — a rum inspired by Barbados, the island of eleven parishes that taught the world to turn cane into gold. That first venture brought together the people, craft and ambition behind a wider international house: connected businesses, each with its own expertise, united by one shared standard.
Barbados will always be part of the story, above all in the rum. The House of 11 is the house that grew from it — one standard, four doors.
Through the first door, the liquid: 11 Parishes, pure Barbados rum, aged in oak, nothing added. Through the second, the still: 11 Distillery, the source behind our bottles and yours. Through the third, the welcome: 11 Hospitality, the craft of rooms that earn their atmosphere, taught to the world. And through the fourth, the people: 11 Founders — a community founded by one hundred, connected through exceptional rum, memorable experiences and meaningful relationships.
The liquid carries the story. The still proves it. The welcome performs it. The founders carry it around the world — and once a year, the whole house comes home to the island.
